About

Aditya Joshi

I'm Aditya Joshi, a forward deployed founding engineer based in Mumbai. Companies bring me in when something is broken and nobody can say exactly what. I find the real problem, then build and run the system that fixes it, usually as the first or only engineer in the room.

In 2026 that meant building BharatTruck, an Indian freight marketplace, on my own from the first commit to its first paid trip, then joining BatteryFlow, an EV fleet platform, as a forward deployed founding engineer.

Outside client work I contribute to Zcash. I wrote both security fixes in Zebra v6.2.2, and I build with Jino Labs, a studio working on Zcash infrastructure and on tooling for AI agents. Before that I worked on Juno at Nethermind, and on a Uniswap V3-style exchange for a client in Japan.

I run most of my own workflow through Claude Code and agents, which is why so much of what I build now is tooling for them. I studied at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, and I'm open to roles in the US, UK and UAE, or remote.
